Description: Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting is a harmful practice affecting over 200 million girls and women all over the globe. FGC comes with a multitude of psychological impacts which harm survivors’ sexual functioning, yet oftentimes too little attention is given to these consequences. Join us for a cafe discussion on FGM/C, sexuality and its connection to mental health where three expert panelists, Farzana Doctor, Joanna Vergoth, and Sarian Kamara will shed light on these subjects using their professional and personal experiences.
